Summary Reporting to the Director, Digital Risk & Cyber Security, the Manager, Digital Risk Practice Management is responsible for coordinating all Director activities in support of functional priorities, such as strategic plans, initiatives, and organizational development processes. The individual in this role plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficient operation of the function with respect to workflow, scheduling, staffing, budget, communications, and strategic planning. Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures Guide the Director to ensure the efficient operation of the Digital Risk & Cyber Security Practice overall (i. e. Intake and Demand management) and assist the Director in coordinating activities in support of strategic priorities Develop and implement functional and organizational processes to support the effective and efficient operation of the Digital Risk & Cyber Security function as a whole Build detailed operating and financial reports Review personnel actions, deliver ad hoc reports, lead briefings and respond to a variety of organizational and strategic issues Lead all aspects of portfolio of project work including its resourcing and delivery Act as first point of contact for project managers Conduct project status reviews with the Director and executive team Responsible for the enterprise wide Digital Risk & Cyber Security awareness and communications program Mentor, coach, and aid in the development of team members Lead performance improvement, promotion, salary, and matters related to staff Qualifications Minimum 8 years of work experience at a leadership or managerial level, preferably in digital risk and cybersecurity MBA or an MA in information security, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field Experience crafting or maturing staff development and engagement programs One or more of the following certifications: Project Management Professional,.
