Your responsibilities will include: Conducting maintenance, servicing, and repairs on various air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to identify root causes and implementing effective solutions. Collaborating with the broader engineering team to optimise overall system performance. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Documenting service activities, including maintenance reports and equipment status updates. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience as an A/C & Refrigeration Engineer, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. Relevant certifications in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the industry.
