We’re seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Westerleigh PARC team in West Vancouver. But PARC is also the place our residents call home. So, as you become a member of our close-knit team, you’ll forge close relationships with the seniors who live here. As a PARC Chef de Partie, you’re a key member of our Food and Beverage team, responsible for: Creating an incredible dining experience for our residents and guests. Helping prepare meals according to our established menus – with close attention to artistic plating, proper portions and safe food-handling procedures. Maintaining a clean kitchen and workspace. Receiving deliveries and safely storing, labelling, and rotating food to prevent spoilage. Providing creative input on regular and special-event menus. Supporting the Executive Chef by stepping in to lead the culinary team as needed and conducting kitchen audits. Assisting kitchen cleaning, including equipment, countertops, and the beverage centre.
