Trim Technician - Cannabis Industry

Job Overview Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking full-time Trim Technicians to join our team. Trim technicians are responsible for the processing of dried material after harvest and take down. We are looking for highly detail-oriented individuals that don't mind sitting for long periods of time and working with their hands. Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately trim dry flower in order to prepare for packaging in accordance with standard operating procedures. Position requires sitting in one position majority of shift while working with their hands. Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines; including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment. Work as a team to meet production goals and schedules. Good communication skills with co-workers and management. Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift. Including, mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping. Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to the department lead and management. Other duties as assigned. Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day.
