They are looking for Software Support Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate, a former Software Developer with Windows architecture understanding and Minidump analysis expertise, will engage in graphics support for diverse clients. Collaborate with developers and external parties, ensuring efficient issue resolution and refining diagnostic tools to enhance customer support. Responsibilities: Provide responsive assistance for customer-reported incidents. Initiate and manage customer tickets related to the software. Facilitate collaboration with internal developers and third-party vendors. Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to SLAs. Utilise automatic error reporting frameworks and diagnostic tools. Employ proactive communication to resolve issues efficiently. Demonstrate proficiency in file systems, processes, protocols, and applications. Requirements: Minimum of 3+ years IT Support experience. Previous experience in software Developmentpreferred Proficiency in debugging techniques; minidump analysis preferred Comprehensive understanding of Windows architecture. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on algorithmic skills. Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills. Fluent English communication with proficiency, preferably German.
