The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of litigation experience and hold a degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science. Duties:Handle intellectual property litigation matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings and participate in dispute resolution.Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.Travel for court appearances and client meetings. Requirements:2+ years of relevant IP litigation experience.Electrical engineering and/or computer science degree.Strong legal writing skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Bachelors or advanced degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science. Certifications:Admission to the relevant State Bar. Skills:Excellent legal research and analytical skills.Effective communication skills.Ability to manage internal and external client relationships.Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.Detail-oriented with organizational skills.Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings.
