The candidate should have experience counseling clients on government contracts laws and regulations, negotiating subcontracts, teaming agreements, and litigating bid protests. Duties:Counsel clients on government contracts laws and regulations.Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on government contract matters.Conduct legal research and analysis on government contract issues.Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on complex cases. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.3+ years of experience in government contracts law.High level of academic achievement.Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission by waiver. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Skills:In-depth knowledge of government contracts laws and regulations.Experience in negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements.Litigation experience in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong client service orientation.
