The Retail Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance / clerical support to the Store and Department Managers in a professional, accurate and timely fashion. The Coordinator delivers the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. The Coordinator demonstrates adherence to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies, Health & Safety, and other relevant programs and initiatives. The Coordinator demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills and commitment to the success of the Thrifty Foods team. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment. Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Update SMART Board weekly with pertinent information Maintain reports and filing by accurately inputting sales and wage cost data to assist managers in calculating gross margins Attend meetings, transcribe minutes, prepare memos, letters and spreadsheets, as required Coordinate Performance.
