Solicitor – Somerset£60 per hour Contract – Full Time: Duties/Responsibilities: A childcare lawyer with experience of holding their own caseload of care cases including recovery orders, DOLs. Experience of PLOs, ad hoc queries and contested adoptions also necessary. Previous experience of working within a local authority legal team and handling a busy caseload. We are looking for candidates experienced in dealing with public law childcare proceedings.
