This hybrid role will be based in our Media City, Manchester office with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week. You'll be contributing individually whilst directly working with stakeholders across Manchester. Youll get the chance to transform complex business needs into clear IT requirements , actively engaging in the design, development, and implementation phases of technology solutions. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing : Business Requirements and Data Gathering : Engage in data gathering and analysis to identify and articulate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions and/or ERP systems.Project Delivery : Support all stages of project delivery and aid in test case development and support the SIT and UAT processes.Stakeholder Management : Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and within the IT organisation.System Enhancements : Recommend new modules and system enhancements to support business strategy and goals.Solution Reviews : Facilitate solution reviews between the development team and the business. We're Looking for Someone With : Proven experience in an IT Analyst or Business Analyst role, closely working with business functions such as Sales, HR, Supply Chain, etc. .
