General Manager – Caribbean Salary: USD66,000 + Accommodation + Medical + Work Permit + Flights + Vacation Location: Port Louis, Grenada My client is seeking a dedicated General Manager as they prepare to open a new establishment later this year. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our three outlets. With a focus on providing upscale amenities and services, including luxurious accommodations, fine dining experiences, and state-of-the-art facilities, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for the guests. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of 3 outlets; restaurant, bar and cafe Develop growth strategies and implement them effectively Create and manage budgets efficiently Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives Lead the hiring process to build a skilled workforce Analyze financial data to make informed decisions Key Requirements: Proven work experience in a luxury hotel as a General Manager Have both Front of House and Back of House experience Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team building, staff development, and fostering a positive work culture Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
