Our manufacturing client is seeking a Production Manager for their facility near Wilmington, NC.Responsibilities:Oversee team of production supervisors across 2 shifts.Manage production processes to make sure product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe work environment for all associatesCollaboration with senior leaders in quality, warehouse, safety, engineering, maintenance, and HR Participate on process improvement initiatives to improve processes and upgrades to equipment to achieve efficienciesMonitor KPIs for overall efficiency successQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree is a plus, but not required. Experience is paramount!5+ years of food or beverage manufacturing management experience is required, including leading salaried direct reportsExperience with line start up within the plant and line optimization is requiredBilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required!
