The Role: As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide daily support to young individuals, meeting their physical, behavioural, and emotional needs. The contract is for at least 150 hours within a 28-day period, with potential for additional hours. Responsibilities: Lead shifts and manage schedules effectively. Prioritise health and safety standards. Attend meetings and submit reports as required. Capable of handling on call duties when necessary. Requirements: Previously worked as a Childcare Worker or in a similar role. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. Experience with 10-17-year-olds in residential settings.
