GG Homes averages over 200 listings annually and is looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent hungry for the opportunity to take on our SD listings. No more hunting for leads, we will give the listings directly to you! Responsibilities:In this role, you'll be responsible for:• Developing and implementing effective listing strategies to maximize property exposure• Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling property listings• Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions• Keeping clients informed about the status of their property listings and market trends• Expertly negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the seller• Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards• Work closely with legal and administrative teams to streamline processes Qualifications:• Active California Real Estate License is required• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry• Strong understanding of the local real estate market• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Creative and innovative thinking• Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry• Experience with CRM software• Experience with lead generation and prospecting• Experience with closing deals• Fluent in Spanish Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonuses About Company: Benefits: Unlimited PTOCompetitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision, 401kFlexible SchedulesHomebuyers Program - We'll help you become a homeowner!
