Chef de Partie - Busy Fine Dining Restaurant - London, UK Our client is a long-standing fine dining restaurant with a steady customer base, serving over 350 covers a day. The restaurant offers an amazing selection of dishes influenced by British and French cuisine. With two beautifully eclectic locations in London and a third opening soon, they are looking to grow their team and are on the lookout for a strong Chef de Partie to join them. About the Role We are currently searching for a Chef de Partie for one of the central London locations. The successful candidate will have an appreciation for good food, experience in a fast-paced, hands-on à la carte kitchen, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a readiness to contribute to a collaborative culinary environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your section Supervising junior chefs in your section Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing new dishes Upholding hygiene and health and safety standards Coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth service operations What is needed from you 2-3 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role Prior experience in a high-volume, fine dining à la carte restaurant Interest in cooking quality food Have at least 1 year of international experience Experience supervising 2 or more junior chefs Knowledge and/or interest in European cuisine Ability to handle pressure and maintain effectiveness Good communication and teamwork abilities Why should you join?
