The role of the Manager of Maintenance- Facility Management focuses on the facility maintenance and operations of the Concordia Hospital and Concordia Place. This position may be responsible to act as Plant Chief Engineer as stipulated in Power Engineers Act. Assists the Director, Facility Management, with the planning and co-ordination of the operation, maintenance and repair of all aspects of the physical infrastructure. Supervises trade such as (but not limited to): Electrician, Plumber, Power Engineers, Clinical Engineers, Carpenter, Industrial Mechanic, Painter, and Maintenance Mechanics. Experience Five (5) years’ experience in the supervision of Trades staff in a unionized environment.
