The Renewable Energy Project Development and Finance Associate Attorney will work with clients in the clean energy industry on various projects across the United States. The candidate should have experience in renewable energy industry transactions, including power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contracts, equipment supply contracts, and construction contracts. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
