We are currently working with a renowned residential home in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Susinteraction, seeking a dedicated and qualified Nurse to join their team. Job Description: We are looking for a compassionate and qualified Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents within our client's residential home in Bexhill-on-Sea. As a Qualified Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, while also leading and supervising the care team. Key Responsibilities: backssing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for residents in accordance with individual care plans and best practices. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols. Monitoring residents' health and well-being, identifying any changes in condition and implementing appropriate interventions. Providing support and guidance to the care team, including Healthcare Assistants and Senior Healthcare Assistants. Leading by example in delivering compassionate and person-centered care to residents. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of nursing backssments, care plans, and interventions. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for residents. Promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff, adhering to infection control measures and health and safety regulations. Job Requirements: Registered Nurse qualification with valid NMC registration. Previous experience working as a Nurse in a residential care setting or similar environment.
