Chef de Cuisine – The Caribbean Location: Antigua Salary: 4,455.65 USD Net Per Month Perks: Bonus, Housing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Relocation Assistance, Pension, Full Benefits, Temporary Accommodation, 1 Annual Return Flight, PTO, Visa Sponsorship The Company: My client is an All-Inclusive Resort in The Caribbean on a private island in Antigua. I am assisting them in their search of a passionate Chef de Cuisine to join the resort’s culinary operations and work with the Executive Chef to provide exceptional cuisine for guests. Key Responsibilities: Alongside the Executive Chef, manage the day-to-day culinary operations at the resort Ensure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently according to hotel recipes and standards Train and mentor the kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and adherence to recipes and quality standards. Foster a positive work environment for team members Conduct daily shift briefings with culinary team members. Ensure all team members are fully equipped to do their jobs Coordinator with the restaurant team to ensure guests are provided with an outstanding experience Inventory management and ordering stock Chef de Cuisine Requirements:2 years experience in a comparable role, preferably within a luxury hotel/resort Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills A creative, confident team player who can hold their own Experience using hospitality software systems is an asset Ability to lift items up to 50 pound as occasional lifting may be required Interested Send you updated resume to Danny if you are interested in this position or you’d like to hear more About COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
