The Peninsula London is delighted to announce that we are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for our Cantonese Restaurant, reporting to the Chef de Partie. This position is responsible for participating in all aspects of the department and day-to-day operations whilst overseeing a team of motivated Commis chefs. This position will have a great passion for quality Asian food and ingredients and being able to work flexibly within a kitchen brigade. On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotel’s innovative Chinese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes by Chef party To, along with birdtails, and artisanal teas.
