JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department RN DIR - ED Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Emergency Department will have the following job responsibilities:Responsible for the overall operations, implementation and evaluation of activities for providing emergency services per facility's mission and operational goals.Role accountabilities will ensure the delivery of optimal & safe patient care which includes fiscal management, strategic planning, standards compliance, clinical practice & staff development, oversight and active participation in clinical practice, and performance improvement activities that evaluate program effectiveness.Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures.Patient care assignment may include Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric age groups. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Director - Emergency Department RN DIR - ED Full-Time Registered Nurse Director candidates for the Emergency Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications: Must have a minimum education of a BSN. MSN Preferred. BLS required ACLS required PALS required Must have an RN license in the State of Nevada, or have the ability to obtain one. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years RN leadership experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years of RN Director-level experience.
