The Manager of DevSecOps will be responsible for the Cloud Infrastructure and Security. Security needs will be for both the cloud infrastructure and the different systems within Planstin and Zion Health. The manager will serve their team by mentoring and helping them establish the most efficient processes around DevOps and Security. The Manager of DevSecOps will start with a competitive salary of $160,000-$165,000 a year dependent on experience, plus quarterly performance-based bonuses and a generous benefits package. Our office is in St. George, Utah but this position is open to hybrid or fully remote. Some common activities in this role may include: Work within a team to solve complex business problems Actively participate in Scrum events such as daily standup, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Lead DevOps initiatives and grow the DevOps culture across the organization Lead the Security initiatives and spread the importance of information security across the organization Lead the efforts on identifying, implementing, and establishing DevOps technology stack and toolchain Coach and mentor teams on DevOps & Security practices. Consistently communicate the value of DevSecOps across the organization Provide services and technical oversight on CI/CD & DevOps related practices Research and explore tools and practices to scale DevOps & Security practice in the organization Collaborate on DevOps & Security strategy and roadmaps Lead the efforts on HIPAA Compliant projects for both Planstin and Zion Health PoC & Pilot CI/CD & DevOps related tools Continuously integrate feedback into DevOps & Security best practices QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years in IT Security 2+ years of management and leadership experience 2+ years of experience with AWS Experience with security audits such as SOC2/Hitrust Experienced with IT Security best practices Experienced with implementing a Zero Trust Framework Experience with Monitoring & Log aggregation tools and frameworks Excellent interpersonal, listening, and influencing skills with ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization; strong verbal/communication skills and presentation abilities Excellent facilitating talent and able to drive consensus involving technical and non-technical resources at varied levels experience and management Ability to anticipate change, face reality, draw conclusions, and swiftly mobilize to adapt to changing needs and demands while analyzing and solving problems that arise Nice-to-Have Qualifications 2+ years working with at least one container orchestration platform (Swarm/Kubernetes/EKS/ECS) 2+ years building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA. Experience with at least one IAC solution (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc.) Systems triage and recovery skills, specifically with linux OS servers Experience with Javascript/React/Nodejs builds Deployment and maintenance of an orchestration platform such as EKS, GCE, AKS, etc. Experience with elasticsearch/rabbitmq/redis Experience with the healthcare/medical industry Job Posted by ApplicantPro
