Description:
GENERAL DUTIES Entering sales orders into Customer Service System and MAS 500. Assists in producing quotes for customers and maintaining all quote documentation with accuracy. Creates and maintains electronic job folders. Communicate daily with personnel and departments throughout the entire job to ensure all required information and updates are handled seamlessly. Maintain confidentiality regarding the company, products, and customer information. Maintain excellent work attendance Performs other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and oral/written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required Experience with MAS 500 a plus Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
