We are searching for a Chief Architect to join our team and support our project at the AllNet Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Position Type: Hybrid; minimum 1 week onsite monthly in Las Vegas, Nevada Travel Requirements: All travel (100%) will be local to Las Vegas, Nevada Primary Responsibilities: The Chief Architect will be the primary contact all functional areas within the AllNet project to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, process, information, and information technology assets. The primary functional areas are (1) Build out IT Master Plan, and review, analyze, approve IT solutions and integrations; (2) Vendor research/selection; (3) Data cabling, data center, network, and backbone infrastructure design and implementation; (4) AV design and implementation; and (5) Primary contact for architectural designers on IT tasks. Position will report to the AllNet PMO PM and be a conduit to and from the Master Technology Integrator. This will include working with internal and external teams and/or vendors to define their IT requirements, testing of new technologies, selection of technology, and implementation. With input from the Master Integrator design, build, and implement Master IT Plan. Provide subject matter expert experience to the responsibilities listed. Provide leadership and guidance to construction, design, and planning teams related to all aspects of datacenter and structured cabling. Including but not limited to HVAC controls, power requirements, cabinet layouts (primary datacenter and cabling closets), and general cabling (lit and unlit fiber, standard coper, shielded coper, and others). Documentation skills including Microsoft Office suites, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, or similar applications. Experience in large venue IT builds ideally mixed-use retail, hospitality, convention, and arena Experience in new IT infrastructure builds Ability to write statements of work (SOW) and review bid submissions Experience Requirements: Minimum 25y of technical knowledge and experience with at least 10y in large venue design and implementations. Years of experience required will be flexible depending on type, scale, and responsibilities of positions held.
