JOB SUMMARY The Director Business Development oversees and directs the strategic relationship with key branded vendors and identifies and executes on market needs to drive commercial excellence. The role owns the process, and develops best practices in alignment with strategic business needs and leads the vendor relations team. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the vendor relations team to drive national brand growth in alignment with Medline Canada's strategic initiatives. Negotiate agreements with vendors to achieve improved financial terms and conditions.
