RESPONSIBILITIES Daily Responsibilities can consist of the following: * Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies * Effectively developing procedures and technical documents for existing and new equipment * Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create best solutions * Creating learning programs to coach and train technicians * Creating and improving standards (Process Control Strategies and Centerline Packages) to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the site * Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment * High presence on the manufacturing floor QUALIFICATIONS * A BS in Engineering Discipline or Engineering Technology equivalent experience (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)* 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment (consumerproducts a plus)* Ability to have a flexible work schedule when needed to accommodate our 24-houroperations* Good communication skills -written and oral* Strong leadership capabilities that will allow you to coach others on Process & Equipment Standards and Operational Excellence* Systems & Tools experience in data analytics and reportingABOUT US Duracell is the world's leading manufacturer and marketer of high-performance alkaline batteries, complemented by a portfolio of high quality, market leading specialty, rechargeable and professional batteries.
