About the Role: As an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA), you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Halton, Ontario. Your primary focus will be on creating a nurturing environment for children to learn and grow, ensuring their safety, and supporting staff and classroom as needed, while strictly adhering to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.
