The Role: As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a safe and stimulating atmosphere for the children in your care. The company provides good quality babysitters in Belfast, Northern Ireland, for a minimum of four hours within the home setting. Responsibilities: Develop engaging and educational activities for children. Work cohesively within a team to enhance childcare services. Establish meaningful connections with children and their families. Prioritise the safety and well-being of the children in your care. Support with nappy changes, snacks, and bottle provision. Make children feel secure and content in the childcare setting. Requirements: Previously worked as a Childcare Assistant or in a similar role. At least 2 years of childcare experience. Hold a Level 2-3 qualification in childcare. Completion of GP health checks. Right to work in the UK.
