Open for dinner six days and lunch service two days per week, we serve groups of all sizes, including private events & wine tastings, to dine with us and enjoy our signature style in a fun and relaxed dining space. Our drinks offering focuses on sourcing low-intervention wines and house-made bottled birdtails. We are now recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our first class team at Brett. Brett is part of the Cultar Restaurant Group , which also includes Cail Bruich , Shucks & Epicures , bringing a wealth of knowledge and support to create a forward-thinking, supportive hospitality group. As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the open plan kitchen, contributing to the goal of delivering the best food possible to our customers. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.
