Who are you? Security-cleared Professional: You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance – congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have an active Secret security clearance. Education is important to us: This individual shall have 4+ years minimum experience in all of the following qualifications and experience: BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 4+ years’ experience developing complex software systems. 4+ years’ experience using the SpecsIntact software What you’ll do: The Lead Developer will be responsible for performing the following tasks, however this list is not all inclusive: Defect resolution, system monitoring, upgrading, security/patch releases up to date to maintain software and systems in optimal state. Envision, advocate, and develop solutions to automate and create specifications for large-scale DoD and NASA construction projects. Provide technical guidance for SpecsIntact Configuration Control and Coordination Board (SI-CCCB). Present and demonstrate software and advocate new product features at agency and multi-agency product governing boards. Present and demonstrate software to new and current customers at NASA and DoD facilities conferences. Participates in bi-annual UFGS Working Group Meetings and SI-CCCB as technical lead (Subject Matter Expert) Required Skills & Qualifications Facilitating and supporting all team events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective). Leading development teams ensuring high performance with respect to Agile/SCRUM or related methodologies guidelines and best practices. Developing software as an individual contributor (or engineering manager while also writing code personally), preferably across both startups and large enterprises. Previous experience as a significant development team member Experience with service-oriented architecture and web application/services development using Microsoft .NET, C#, XML, Java, JS, JQuery, and HTML Experience with SQL (preferably SQL Server), and database principles Experience with source code management tools (Subversion preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Software tools you might use: Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Atlassian JIRA Techsmith Camtasia Studio Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver) Adobe RoboHelp PStill DynaZip Max SnagIt InstallShield Winzip SE Master Maintenance Utility (Visual Basic 6) MS Publisher MS Visio Adobe Acrobat Professional Technologies you might use: C# SQL Visual Basic 6 Atlassian JIRA XML XSL VBA Files Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/Illustrator/Dreamweaver) Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Drupal CMS Support PStill HTML/CSS Work Location: 100% Remote.
