Develop and maintain long: term relationships with high value industrial customers built on trust and open communication. backss customer needs and demonstrate a strong knowledge of their business issues and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for both commercial and technical matters. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES : Cultivate meaningful customer relationships to position Entergy as provider of choice for industrial customers: Provide coordination of technical support for complex customer reliability and operational issues: Learn and understand industry trends, growth opportunities, and key drivers that affect the customer's business and Entergy sales. Drive customer service and consistent revenue growth within managed portfolio: Viewed as trusted partner and single point of contact for all customer related matters: Demonstrate contract management and negotiation skills, including: strong knowledge of rates, riders, pricing tariffs, and terms and conditions (commercial terms and responsibilities): Work closely with Entergy functional organizations including Investor Relations, Market Intelligence, Credit and Finance partners to meet requirements: Engage with Regulatory team to understand company's regulatory strategy and filings in order to communicate effectively with industrial customers. Facilitate resolution of conflicts between customer and company in a timely manner. Active involvement within the community which may include business development, non: profit organizations and other local efforts MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education Requirement: : Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience. : Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business.
