We need to add additional talent to our team. This position doesn't open very often, but now is the time to get another solid person in on our top-tier operations crew. Direct Solar is poised for significant growth in the next two years. As solar experts, we have our customers' best interests in mind. We have formed partnerships with all the best lenders and product providers. We offer in-house installation and service. This role is primarily supporting the local regional requirements and participates in sales operations, order management, payments, and compliance. This is a behind-the-scenes operations role and is primarily not customer-facing. However, some members of the team might work directly with customers and vendors from time to time. Responsibilities:What You’ll Do:• Performs daily processing of all operational aspects of sales orders, including but not limited to invoicing and refunds• Responds to order-related information requests from Sales, Delivery, Service, and other departments throughout the organization• Records information and ensures the quality of data in CRM and other internal systems that support sales, production, and financial management• Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions• Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems• Keeps up to date with regional Order Ops colleagues with similar functional specialties, to help ensure consistency of process across regions• Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes• Participates in special projects as needed Qualifications: Qualitative and Other Attributes Required • Strong work ethic and a passion for doing high-quality work• High attention to detail• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability• Ability to self-start and self-motivated• Capacity to handle pressure and peak workloads• Ability to work well in a team• Positive attitude towards others• Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar preferred• Minimum 2 years experience in roofing, electrical, or general construction preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: We started in 2018.
