We need to add additional talent to our team. This position doesn't open very often, but now is the time to get another solid person in on our top-tier operations crew. Direct Solar is poised for significant growth in the next two years. As solar experts, we have our customers' best interests in mind. We have formed partnerships with all the best installers, lenders, and products. We offer in-house installation and service. Responsibilities:We are looking for candidates with solar or construction experience who can support our Project Managers in a fast-paced, engaging company.• Move solar projects forward from deal submission to PTO• Permitting & interconnection• Assist with credit pulls & proposals• Backend work with the CRM and lenders (funding)• Customer service/sales skills when needing to deal with customers Qualifications: Qualitative and Other Attributes Required • Strong work ethic and a passion for doing high-quality work• High attention to detail• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability• Ability to self-start and self-motivated• Capacity to handle pressure and peak workloads• Ability to work well in a team• Positive attitude towards others• Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar preferred• Minimum 2 years experience in roofing, electrical, or general construction preferred Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: We started in 2018.
