Solar Permit Coordinator/Interconnections Specialist Now is the time for us to add another solid person in on our top-tier operations crew. Direct Solar is poised for significant growth in the next two years. As solar experts, we have our customers' best interests in mind. Responsibilities:• Direct Solar is in need of a Solar Permit Coordinator/Interconnections specialist to help coordinate a wide range of solar projects and permits from start to finish• You will organize and coordinate construction/permit documents• The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills• The goal will be to ensure all project documents and scheduling are carried out on time and are easily accessible Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills Required • High school diploma• Strong computer skills• Ability to meet important deadlines• Ability to follow detailed instructions• Excellent communication skills; listening, comprehension, and feedback• Ability to handle multiple projects in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency• Strong sense of detail and organization Qualitative and Other Attributes Required • Strong work ethic and a passion for doing high-quality work• High attention to detail• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability• Ability to self-start and self-motivated• Capacity to handle pressure and peak workloads• Ability to work well in a team• Positive attitude towards others Experience in the solar industry and/or construction permitting preferred. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly About Company: We started in 2018. We are based out of Las Vegas with teams in CA and TX.
