Direct Solar is currently seeking Sales Managers to build a team as we expand into new markets across throughout Nevada and the U.S. The Sales Manager would be in charge of the day-to-day operations of a Direct-to-Consumer sales team campaign. Our ideal candidate is one who possesses a proven track record in managing sales teams, both in the office and in the field. This is a long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company. The successful candidate can expect to earn $150,000+ within their first year of work. Our program is a proven model and very unique in this industry. Our success is your success. We have a clearly defined advancement program. If you want to build a team, we will help you get there. The first one and a half to 3 months of work will be primarily field-focused. This is a commission position within a highly lucrative industry. Responsibilities:• Manages personnel and develops sales staff in that region to help clients reduce traditional energy consumption and save money by going solar Primarily through residential customers door-to-door• Manages an assigned geographical territory sales area to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives• Manages and mediates effective company programs to compensate, coach, appraise, and train sales personnel• Foster a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and passion for delivering results• Conducts weekly sales meetings with the sales staff to review performance strategies and up-to-date results• Assists the sales personnel in the field, on a daily basis; in establishing contact and building rapport with target customers• Educate the sales team by utilizing pre-approved sales training and coaching programs• Collaborate with the Executive Team to establish control budgets for work trips and sales events• Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with the CEO and Executive team• Leads from the front and will lead in the field when necessary• Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with the CEO and Executive team• Submits weekly reports to the Executive team Qualifications:Our Ideal Candidate:• Must work well independently• Must have a LEAD from the FRONT leadership style• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, dynamic work environment• Must have an entrepreneurial mindset• Experience working with contractors and Energy Consultants• A strong desire to be a part of a rapidly growing business with an opportunity to progress• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; team player attitude Compensation: $120,000 - $300,000 yearly About Company: We started in 2018.
