Description:

We are searching for a Functional Analyst/Trainer to join our team and support our project at the AllNet Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is full-time on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada. All travel will be local to Las Vegas. Primary Responsibilities: The Functional Analyst/Trainer will be AllNet's primary personnel responsible for training and Tier 1/2 support to AllNet employees on custom, vendor provided, or COTS software packages. Position will report to the AllNet PMO PM, working with the Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts, with requests for training expected to come from all teams including Security, Human Resources, Construction, and Hospitality. Experience in a customer facing/deskside service desk providing software, basic hardware, and application configuration support Knowledge of construction management software such as Sage Construction Project Center, Sage 300 CRE, P6 ; building management; resource management; and hospitality applications Familiar with Microsoft suite applications including Teams, Office, Visio, and Project; Knowledge of Primavera P6 a plus Experience with designing and providing training to personnel ranging from entry level to senior executives Ability to assist with defining software/application requirements, software selection, configurations, integrations, and implementations Documentation skills including the documentation of standard operating procedures and generation of training materials Ability to review statements of work or bid submissions and vendor selection Experience Requirements: Minimum 5y of applications and training experience knowledge with at least 2y in large venue, ideally mixed use, environments. Years of experience required will be flexible depending on type, scale, and responsibilities of positions held.
