Provide direct service by maintaining caseload, including providing coverage for team, as needed. Ensures assigned paperwork is completed and maintained in accordance with funding source standards and CARE of SEM policy and procedures. Work cooperatively and effectively with personnel of assigned site; for example, clinical team or peer recovery coach team. Demonstrates in practice there are multiple pathways to recovery. Familiarity with local services and resources for adolescents and families within the recovery community. Connect families to a larger community of care by facilitating timely referrals to treatment/recovery support providers. Educate, assist, and support family members, as requested. Documents information for established metrics and outcomes, as required. Able to apply tools to measure services, report data, and other outcomes, as required. Maintain data collection and data entry standards as required by funders. Participates in ongoing recovery coach training, education and performance support. What does CARE provide you? Starting pay is $17.00 per hour Our full-time work week is 37.5 hours because work/life balance is our value! Individuals with past criminal records may be eligible for employment. Participating in recovery-oriented community events. What do we need from you? High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree required. Must have lived experience of being affected by a family member's recovery from a substance use disorder. Must possess active status in certification of: Nationally Certified Family Recovery Coach (NCFRC), or be eligible for timely completion of training and successful exam passing to obtain a NCFRC, upon hire. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator license. Completion of ICHAT check, National and State Background and Sex Offender Registry Check. Must possess knowledge and demonstrate understanding of Multiple Pathways to Recovery, Recovery Oriented System of Care and Trauma Informed Services.
