CTC Crushing is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager for our Crushing Plant! The ideal person for this role will guide and mentor the crusher maintenance team to improve maintenance procedures and repair efficiency in order to maximize company production goals. Requirements: • Experience performing repairs in a crushing plant (Conveyors, jaws, cones, screens, etc.) • 3-5 years of experience leading a maintenance crew • Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks • Comfortable working outdoors (in extreme Las Vegas weather conditions) • Must have strong equipment and industry knowledge • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Benefits: •Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance •Paid Time Off (PTO) •Competitive Retirement Savings Plan •Referral Bonus Program •Life Insurance •Short-Term Disability •AND MUCH MORE!
