Accounting Responsibilities Required: Posting deals, submitting service and warranty contracts for new & used retail car deals Recording of vehicle sales, request & process lien payoffs for wholesale sales & used car purchases Dealership Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable - Processing of cash receipts & vendor invoice, collection of dealership AR balances, refunds, warranty cancellations, regional check runs, daily deposits, posting deals, and account reconciliations General Dealership Accounting - FTC, RDR, Rebate & Bank Reconciliation Tax returns and payroll Office Clerk Qualifications Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task Detail-oriented with documentation skills and eagerness to learn Ability to collect, compile and analyze information and data Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization both in person and through written correspondence and presentations Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines Computer literate and able to learn Company software All facets of a dealership business office Job Posted by ApplicantPro
