Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Operator / Technician / On-Site Support for our tactical C2 development and operations support team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities: •Act as the technical and operational SME for system integration and verification. This involves developing technical requirements and specifications, evaluating system architectures, and ensuring the system design meets customer needs. •Provide system on-site support, operator training, and Tier-1 troubleshooting. •Travel to customer sites to perform site surveys, system installations, configurations, and testing. •Develop and maintain training materials for software system operation and maintenance such as creating user manuals, training videos, and other materials to ensure customers can effectively use our software systems. •Collaborate with the Business Development team to support customer demonstrations and proposals. •Configure and maintain virtualized infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and security.•Resolve system issues reported by customers which includes working with customers to identify the root cause of issues,developing and implementing solutions, and testing and verifying fixes.Qualifications: •Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience. •Knowledge of command and control (C2), air traffic operations, or similar systems. You should understand operational requirements,system architectures, and the capabilities and limitations of different types of C2 software systems. • Hands-on experience installing and configuring computing systems and peripherals, including hardware installation, software installation, and network configuration for Windows and Linux based operating systems. • Active Secret US security clearance.
