Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking an Assistant Manager for LiBaytions. The Assistant Manager will assist the LiBaytions Manager in leading the LiBaytions team in providing professional, genuine and anticipatory service to the guests of the resort.The Assistant LiBaytions Manager has additional responsibilities including:Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and excellent first impression of the restaurant. Ensure the staff is properly trained to meet and exceed the resort's Forbes Five-Star Standards. Maintain excellent communication between the Front of the House staff and the Culinary team. Resolve guest complaints and concerns. Ensure the LiBaytions team is fully engaged in the resort's Customer Intimacy Program. Complete assigments and projects as assigned by the LiBaytions Manager and the Director of Food and Beverage. Take full responsibility for the LiBaytions team in the absence of the LiBaytions Manager.The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational and communications skills. Experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is preferred.
