The Job at a Glance The Loan Servicing Resolution Team Leader is responsible for guiding the Loan Servicing Resolution team to achieve SLA and member service goals. Motivates, instructs, and assists Resolution Specialists as needed. Provides support to the Loan Servicing Manager. A Typical Day Coach and develop assigned team to provide a consistent high-quality member experience. Ensure internal Service Level Agreement and Net Promotor goals are met. Prepare and deliver monthly feedback for team of Resolution Specialists Ensuring escalated issues are triaged and tracked for effective and timely resolution. Track staff utilization, develop assigned schedules and oversee intra-day scheduling adjustments to ensure coverage for phone inquiries from members. Handle escalated member inquiries. Serving as a liaison with Member Solutions Team to ensure all information is efficiently disseminated. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations and share information appropriately. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We Look For High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or call service environment. Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office. Good organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task with accuracy Loan servicing experience preferred.
