VSC Fire and Security, a leading fire protection and life safety system contractor, is seeking qualified candidates for an Inspections Coordinator for the Inspections Department in their Atlanta district. We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant with 3-5 years of recent experience. Qualified candidates will perform a variety of customer service duties related to fire protection system inspections. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) entering data, proofreading and completing contracts, scheduling and confirming appointments, archiving technical reports, billing, filing, and assisting management and technical staff. The successful candidate must have the following skills: Professional demeanor. Advanced computer skills (Word/Excel/ Outlook/Access) Exceptional customer service skills, Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, Positive attitude, and self-motivation.
