Hatch is currently looking for a dynamic Civil Engineering Student for a 4- or 8-month co-op starting in May 2024 at our Trail, B. C. location. Candidates should demonstrate an interest in the field of Structural Engineering. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and always be looking to learn new things. Trail is located 10 minutes from Rossland and the famous Red Mountain Resort. The region is a mecca for mountain biking, hiking, fishing, pedaling and other outdoor activities in the summer and skiing / snowboarding in the winter. If you are a hard worker, is passionate about structural engineering, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and love the outdoors, we would like to hear from you. As the successful candidate, you will: Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, design calculations, material takeoff, literature review, technical specifications, and reports for energy.
