It features a diverse menu inspired by comfort and sharing, showcasing authentic Chinese flavors. The establishment, opened by a world renowned restaurateur, emphasises a luxurious and cozy dining experience. It's famous for its game-changing dim sum, mouth-watering Cantonese dishes, and a selection of British ales and Czech Pilsner. The Restaurant embodies the vibrant spirit of Soho, combining tradition with modernism, and is a place where culinary expertise and passion are paramount. Key Responsibilities: Mastery in using a Turbo style wok to prepare traditional and modern Chinese dishes. Upholding culinary excellence, food quality, and hygiene standards. Contributing to menu development with innovative ideas. Ensuring efficient kitchen operations and team collaboration. Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Supervising junior staff Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience working with a wok. Extensive knowledge and passion for Chinese culinary traditions, ideally have worked in China at some point in your career For Skilled Worker visa eligibility: must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English at least to level B1 on the CEFR scale. Applicants may need to pass a Secure English Language Test (SELT) from an approved provider or meet other specific language requirements as outlined by the UK government A valid passport Benefits: Very Competitive salary £17-£19 per hour Sponsorship for a UK Skilled Worker visa.
