Jays Care Foundation Philanthropy Team Job Title: Coordinator, Sponsorship and Volunteer Services Reports to: Sr. Manager, Partnerships and Events Annual Salary: $40,000 to $50,000 Working with team members in Events, Corporate Partnerships, and Donor Relations, the Coordinator, Sponsorship and Volunteer Services is responsible for delivering best-in-class recognition and stewardship to corporate sponsors and volunteers associated with the Foundation. Responsibilities With Corporate Partners: Ensures all internal sponsorship deliverables are met such as creating and delivering invoices, updating CRM database (i. e. Salesforce), ensuring corporate partner brand standards are met, etc. Ensures external sponsorship deliverables are met at events including signage, shot list, logo/name recognition, and makes sure photographs are taken of all sponsor signage and activations to be shared post event with each sponsor Supports Key Relationship Managers (KRMs) of corporate partners before, during and post event with: On site sponsor coordination and clean up, including returning sponsor materials Post event summary of sponsor engagement including drafting emails for KRMs to send to each sponsor with photographs Identifying and summarizing areas.
