When you join our team, you will be working for a company that is known for its high-quality patient care and whose objective is to provide superior service and care to our patients and an outstanding work environment for our employees.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Henderson, Nevada and the surrounding areas. The PT will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals. $7,000.00 Retention Bonus Weekly Pay with direct deposit Competitive pay Full time with Benefits Flexible Schedule Responsibilities: • Evaluate patients' physical capabilities and limitations and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and increase their overall functional ability.• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to help patients recover from injury or surgery.• Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment process.• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.• Maintain accurate and complete records of patients' progress and communication with other healthcare providers.• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy. Qualifications: Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Nevada Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong rapport with patients and healthcare team members Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Possess valid Nevada driver's license & have reliable personal transportation 1 year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred If you are a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) who is looking for an exciting new opportunity, please apply today!#IND1
