Please apply for more details; Hours - 37.5 Rate - £20 - 22.20 PAYE Per hour Location - Northwood• To provide a high quality, comprehensive effective and pro-active personal assistant service to the Managing Director and Divisional Directors for Northwest London Procurement Services in all matters highly confidential and sensitive. • Ability to prioritise tasks ensuring the needs/requirements of Managing Director is priority. • Diary management, proficient diary arrangements minimising disruption to pre-planned bookings and activities. • Arranging travel and accommodation using electronic system where appropriate for Senior Managers of the procurement service. • Prepare documents for signatory approval via Docu Sign and ensuring that the process is fully delivered in a timely manner. • Undertake specific designated duties or tasks on behalf of the Managing Director. Deputy MD and Divisional Directors. This will require an understanding of a range of work procedures and practices. • Ensure the onboarding of new starters recruitment to the procurement service is coordinated and seamless. • Deal appropriately with fairly complex problems, many of which may require urgent backssment. • Work in a flexible way to provide cover across the Divisions and Board, as directed by the Managing Director to ensure an optimum level of service within available resources. • Support Business Support Manager BSMMaintain trackers on governance issues, single tender waivers and others not covered under Early Warning system. • Take notes/minutes of meetings, coordinate action tracker and chase ups as required.
